Is this lens compatible with Nikon D3200?

You have an entry level Nikon D3200, so any lens you buy must have a built-in auto=focus motor.

The lens you listed only works with Nikon D7000 or better, ones that have the auto-focus motor in the camera.

You are going to have to find a different lens with the same focal lengths.

Realize that Tamron makes lenses for many different camera brands, which are not compatible with another. If you can ascertain that the lens is made for the Nikon F-Mount, then it will work.
