Is nikon d3200 compatible with sony n50 lens?

Sony 3.5-6.3/18-200 zoom

Of course not. You need a lens in Nikon AF-S fit.
If you're buying third-party, make sure the lens is motorised.

I'm confused. A Sony N50 is a compact point & shoot digital camera that can't accept any other lenses. A sony 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 zoom lens is designed to fit only Sony Alpha mount dslr's.
In either case, it's incompatible with your Nikon D3200. For that, you'll need a lens like the Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED-IF AF-S VR DX, Sigma 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 II DC OS HSM, or the Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di-II LD Aspherical (IF) Macro Lens.
