Is there a 'selective colour mode' in the canon 60D?

The nikon D5100 has it in-built thru its live view mode, but does the 60D has it… I'm not very good with photoshop post process… Anyone, please?

Probably not.
The 60D is positioned opposite the Nikon D7000 and they are sometimes called semi-pro cameras and do NOT have all the cutesy things that some of the entry level cameras have as a carry over from P&S cameras. They are serious tools used by experienced photographers.
If you are using a Canon 60D or Nikon D7000, you need to use them as tools to produce compelling image and leave the cutesy, cliché things to the kids

No, the 60D is for serious users. If you want 'selective colour mode', by all means, get the D5100 or a compact camera instead.

Canon has, for the time being, stayed away from on-camera processing gimmicks. No doubt they will introduce them if market pressure dictates.
