Doubtful, amazon tends to have good prices. You could check bestbuy, bhphotovideo and calumet. Anything really low check with resellerratings.com first.

You could chance your luck with Ebay but there's always a danger that you're going to get a camera out of warranty (so you'll have to pay for repairs yourself) or faulty.
Alternatively you could try searching around Nikon's website. Some camera manufacturers offer refurbished products at a fraction of the cost of a brand new one (and they come with a good warranty). I recently bought a refurbished camera from Fuji and it's still going strong.
