If I put my nikon d3000 in a ziplock bag can i put it in the pool?
Yes, you can. If your trying to get rid of it.
One ziplock bag would be very unreliable. Three carefully sealed layers might give adequate protection. You would not be able to get any kind of decent picture trying to photograph through this.
Not if you don't want to accidentally flood it with pool water.
There are some housing you can use.

Unless you're in the market for a new camera, I wouldn't advise it. You need a special plastic housing for that, and they don't come cheap.
A ziplock bag is designed to keep air out and food in, but isn't meant for a delicate electronic device underwater. You might get away with it for a point & shoot camera, but I'd suggest something like this device for a dslr like your D3000.
