If you buy Nikon D3100, is their an USB Cable with it?

I'm Planning to buy one.

Not according to Nikon usa. Good excuse to avoid all that and to get a cardreader

I just received one as a gift. It did not come with a usb cord.

The outer packaging says that the USB Cable is included but the inside documents say it is not included. So there's no USB cable included.

Tell me an camera that does not come with an USB cable. Of course my experience is for Japan as a Japanese guy. Also in japan D3100 comes with an USB cable.%100 sure.

The problem is about smart American marketing i guess! Who knows what else you guys are missing in the box!
