I need a professional camera?

I'm looking for a professional camera such as the Nikon D3100 or Canon Rebel t3i. Not necessarily one of those, but maybe simular. I need help finding a good one. WANTS: Reasonable price, good for portraits, good for nature shots, good for lighting, good, clear focus.

Canon Rebel T2 orT3 would be great for you get a deal with a xtra lens and a few xtra lenses you can take video and snapshots.
ask around if you get customer service with it your in luck and take advantage of it.

Nikon D7000. Best camera for the money. 16.1MP for great high resolution shots for landscapes. Great low noise pictures at high ISOs for low light photos. The kit lens with it with give you wide angle for landscapes and telephoto for portraits

They are not "professional" but good dSLR's
The D5100 more closely matches the T3i/600D
They cost less than $1, 000, come with a lens and once you learn to use them can produce professional quality images.
For portraits, nature, using lighting and good clear focus, that is totally up to you and the lenses you choose. ANY dSLR can produce amazing images, but it is the photographers skills that make them that way

Neither of those are professional cameras. Professional cameras cost between $4, 000 and $45, 000.

Just for your information professional cameras start at about $3, 500 and go up. What you want is a consumer level dslr camera… And anything by Canon or Nikon is excellent - beyond good.
I shoot with Canon because I like the company's attention to detail and quality. And because the cameras I have produce excellent results. So, I recommend Canon.

Nikon D3100 small camera is really good. Photo quality are excellent.
from ISO 100 to ISO 3200.
The guide mode is very good to set the camera to a particular situation.
The camera feels very solid. The autofocus 11 points is fast with the ViewFinder
You feels like a pro.
The results are superior than the D5000 or D90 at 1600ISO and 3200 ISO
The video mode is light. It is not a camcorder. But the video is good.
The sound is mono but I knew that. I didn't buy it for the video mode.
