What accessories do I need to make professional movies with my nikon d7000?

What sort of sound, lighting, tripod gear etc… Should I get?

* A good sturdy tripod with fluid head.
* Professional dynamic stereo microphone.
* A follow focus accessory.
* A good, high quality and powerful editing workstation with editing software.
* At least two 750 watt incandescent lamps with softboxes or shoot through umbrellas.

In addition to items already mentioned, may I suggest:
A good script, director, makeup artist, special effects, cast, eye of a cinematographer, point of view, all of the usual cinematography stuff.
