Do you need a professional video camera to sell your films?
Like I'm filming the film I'm creating with a Nikon d5100 digital camera and the quality so far looks GREAT. But is it possible to make money off of a camera like this? Because most of the films I see that make any money (even amateur wise) are 3, 000-5, 000 dollar video cameras.
What do you think? Is it required?
Guess what?
You already know the answer.
You don't have to use an expensive camera,
but you do have to produce results that
only an expensive camera can provide.
The action in in the movie is a lot more important than your camera. Get a good script, good actors and someone who can work on some effects…
You can have a 50, 000 dollar camera and your films can still SUCK and you can have a 100 dollar camcorder and your films can be good not great though. It all dependa how good you are at it and your skill level and how you implement it. Its just like… Uhh male anatomy you can have the biggist but if you don't know how to use it you won't get any same with films you can have the best but still not make any money
