I'm buying nikon d7000 please suggest me some lenses?

Please help
i want lenses which need to be good and in between 800$

and also suggest my mind is on buying canon 600d or 60d so is nikon right choice or canon

Optically, the best lenses in the dSLR world don't zoom. If you want the best, try looking at a 50mm f/1.4.

Any brand or model will do. All dSLR's are basically the same.
