Nikon SLR Cameras

I'm a beginner at photography. Which camera should I choose?

Maybe this is a really vague question but i have 600-700$ and i want to choose the best camera for a beginner. So far i've looked at Nikon d3200 or d3300 series but some say 18-55m will not be sufficient and i might hurt the sensor or the lens. Can you help me narrow my options.

You can't hurt the sensor if you don't lift the mirror and shutter, the two lenses should be more than sufficient for most shooting conditions and the price is hard to beat for the whole package (which even includes a flash gun).

You can see Pentax K-50 16MP Digital SLR Camera
Very good camera has many functions and management functions is intuitive, front and rear dial to vary the exposure, live view, the kit lens (18-55mm), highlight the value added is sealed for outdoor use, the auto focus is accurate and quiet, built-in flash works well
