How to use the MUP mode in nikon camera D7000?

How to use the MUP mode in nikon camera D7000?

Are you asking what it is, or why use it?
Mup - Mirror UP - is on the shooting mode dial - same dial for single, continuous, etc. Just put it in that mode.
Why use it? Each time you take a photo, the camera will shake just a bit due to the vibration of the mirror going up and down. If you are using an extreme telephoto lens, and on a tripod, when you take a photo, it could vibrate the camera enough to cause the smallest amount of blur.
Using the MUP function will prevent this.
It is all in your manual.

It might come in handy for capturing a bird or something. Using mirror up would also means less noise.
The mirror moving up and back down is probably the noisiest thing when taking a picture.
If using mirror up you will have to compose the image on the rear LCD screen.
I have not used the mirror up feature yet, myself, but I think I may need to, soon.
