How to take photo of the LCD screen? - 1
I would like to photograph the LCD screen. No, I don't want to take a screenshot. I want to take a photograph of the screen.
I'm using a Nikon D3100 camera and a Micro Nikkor 105mm lens. My LCD is set to 1024x768, 75Hz. I think I have to use f/8, or f/11 but I'm not sure about the shutter speed. I also have a tripod, so I can use low shutter speeds. Any tip? I would be grateful for any help. Thank you!
Added (1). @First comment. You're just jelous because I have a fancy lens… Haha. I appreciate that there are such idiots like you…
Taking photos of screen is much different. I would be grateful for any help.
I do love people. Going out and buying a dslr and a fancy lens without knowing even the very basics of photography…
EDIT:
"You're just jelous because I have a fancy lens". *jealous. And thanks for the laugh. Oh and learn to spot sarcasm. Your lens isn't particularly fancy compared to what's out there.
Also, at least i understand exposure, one of the first things a good photographer learns.
Question: "How to take photo of the LCD screen?"
Answer: which LCD screen? The one on your phone? On a flatscreen computer screen? You may have to change the settings so you don't get those weird light and dark bands across the picture. (I've done it on a video camera, but not on a still camera).
If you are talking about taking a picture of the back of your camera, then just get another camera to take the picture (or try to use a mirror).
