How to make better videos on the Nikon d7000?
The Nikon d7000 doesn't do videos in HD, and the frames per second are not that great. Is there any way to make the videos somewhat better through editing?
According to the D7000 specs (see page 313 in the manual), the D7000 does 1080p24, 720p24, and 720p30. These are all HD formats. 24 frames per second is a standard movie frame rate. True, if you have fast action, higher frame rate will make things look nicer. Usually, improving shooting technique goes a long way. There's lots of D7000 videos out there which look fantastic.

For me, D7000 delivered that with great results actually - to my surprise. Videos are bright, audio is clear even with the built-in microphone. The video mode allows you to run auto-focus while shooting, which no other DSLR has done to this point. Additionally, you can now shoot 1080p in 24 frames (23.97 actually) per second, which is cinema quality.
