How to keep image quality great when transferring pictures from photoshop?

What is the best way to transfer my pictures from photoshop to my phone or social media, without them losing a lot of the quality? I shoot with a Nikon D3200 and once I'm done editing pics on photoshop the don't quite come out the same way on my phone. What can I do to keep the same quality and what is the best way to transfer pictures from your computer to your phone?

The image standard of a typical phone is not as high as a computer screen, so you will never get the same quality.

How are you saving the images out? As a jpeg? You need to be saving them as a.tif or.pdf to prevent PS from compressing the file size thus reducing image quality.

Images that need a good resolution should never be saved as a jpeg
