How to get water out of my camera lens?

I'm at the beach camping! I got some water on my lens! I don't have rice or a hair dryer, will it just dry out? It's a spot right in the middle of my nikon d3100 lens:'( I need my camera for an event soon!

If it's IN the lens it will dry out but if it's hard water it may leave some residue. If it's on the outside of the lens where you can clean it off with a microfiber cloth make sure you dry the lens. If it smudges, use some lens cleaner or warm distilled water (as a last resort) to clean the lens off.
