How much would you charge someone one for a website if the company charges this

The website builder costs $12. She wants a cake website w.everything included. I can't thing of a good price. I need it to be double $12 and more. I'm saving for a Nikon d3000. && should i CHARGE HER MONTHLY, WEEKLY, OR ONE TIME?

You can only charge her once, but you can offer to be a moderator on the site and run monthly maintenance checks for $5-12 a month. In my experience, you can easily charge her $30 for creating a website… Website builders aren't dynamic at all, and are usually not good.
