$300, even with the monkey.
Brand new, one can buy this kit (less the monkey) for $546 from B&H or a refurbished for $500.
Since you probably don't offer any kind of warranty or refunds or exchanges, you'll have to charge less than what B&H, Adorama or KEH.com would charge for the same gear in similar condition. To see what your gear has sold for used, go onto eBay and do a search for closed auctions for your stuff.
Based off of keh.com, I'm guessing that you could get about $275 for the body only if it's in near mint condition. Keep in mind that keh.com is famous for under-rating the condition of their gear. So if they say EX, it's going to be at least EX+ if not mint condition.
