How much is the Nikon D5100 in Japan?

I live in CA. And I was wondering how much the Nikon was in Japan. To be more specific in Osaka, Japan. And if you don't know the price for Nikon D5100, it could be any other Nikon SLR.

It won't really be much cheaper there. And even if it is: If you want to buy it there and have it shipped to the USA, be aware that there may be customs duty to pay, and that it only comes with a locally valid warranty. If it breaks, then you'll have to send it back to Japan for repairs on warranty, the service points in the USA won't touch it.

I think that's not worth a few saved bucks - if you can get a saving at all.

You can't save any money by buying a camera in Japan. Some cameras are actually higher as many of them are no longer made in Japan. And the warranty maybe a problem once the camera is out of the country.
