How to shoot rapid fire with Nikon D5100?

Sophie
Just got a nikon d5100. I wanted to take pics of kids jumping into a pool but it will not take photos fast enough i changed the pictures to "continuous" but it still is not fast enough! Is there anything else i can do? Is there a rapid fire mode!

There's no "rapid fire" mode - it's called burst. It's probably about 3-frames per second and that's all you get. Read the manual
