How to upload my RAW images?

I got a Nikon D3000 recently and i can't figure out the RAW images. I took LOTS of pictures from halloween, not knowing I had my camera on RAW. I would really like to upload them to places! How do I do this? Did my camera come with something to help?
Added (1). I know. I just uploaded something yesterday I want to know step by step what to do with it.

You can't. You need to use the software that will have come with your camera to convert the RAW files into JPEGs

You have to turn it into a Jpeg, a tiff, or any other useable format I believe that Nikon comes with software called capture NX
a raw file isn't exactly an image you can share. It is just raw data taken from your camera and tagged with recommendations on how it should be handled.
to share it on facebook or flikr or to even email it to someone so that they can see the image you have to "develop" it. Most DSLRs come with software for this or if you have a newer version of photoshop or photoshop elements it should come with something called Camera RAW which does the same thing.
there are also aplications made for the soul purpouse of developing raw files such as Adobe lightroom and Apple Aperture
you should think of a Raw file as a digital negative it is not a finished product you still have to develop it (make it into a jpeg, tiff, gif, ect)

You can also extract the JPEG file within the RAW file by using "Instant JPEG from RAW." It is free.
