How to replace the SD door on a Nikon D60? And where can I buy the part?

The SD cover (door) on my Nikon D60 is broken. How do I replace it step by step and where can I buy the part relatively inexpensively?

Having owned digital SLR's for over nine years and never having to replace such doors, can only suggest that you take better care of your camera so this does NOT happen again once you have it repaired
