How to get to the histogram setting on the Nikon D3000?

I need to see what day and with what lens I shot a picture on and with for a return I need to make. I can't figure out how to get the histogram up on my D3000, though. How do I get there?

Hit the playback button. Using the multiselector, go left or right to select your image. Go up or down to select the information display.
