How to turn Nikon D3000 work as video recording?

I bought it about 4 to 6 month ago. Recently I was told it can do video recording. I knew I should have keep book but I toss it away long ago. So how can I set up run as video?

But don't be too disappointed - No video recording… But you can connect it to a TV and "play back" stills.
