Right, I have a Nikon D5100 DSLR. And I want to turn my photography into a money making business. I'm 15.
Anyway I've been asked multiple times if I could do soneone's senior pictures, family photo's. But I have no idea how much to charge them. So I've misses a few paying opportunities. And just ended up doing it for free. So it's more of a hobby at the moment, but I want to start doing it for professionally.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Sell your camera. Best way ever to make money with your photography!

In all seriousness, how good are you? Care to show a link? More often than not I find teenagers who think they're ready for business or that photography is easy money when the reality is it's anything but. Are you prepared to handle taxes? Insurance? Prepared to file as a business? Do you know anything about business plans?

I'm not asking you these questions to discourage you, but rather to get you thinking. It's easy to say "I'm going to start a photography business!" but have no plan in mind and no clue how to operate a business. And remember this: Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.

Just be smart with whatever decision you make. You are likely not near as ready as you think you are.

Those people, did they ask you to do shoots because they saw your portfolio and it blew them away with it's astounding excellence? Or did they see that you have professional-looking camera an inferred that you, therefore, must be a professional photographer? If you answered yes to the first question, then start charging by figuring out your costs and adding an amount for your time. Increase your rates until you find a level that does not discourage new business. You might find, however, that lots of folks want your services if they're free, but not so many if you expect them to pay.

If the answer to the first question is no and the answer to the second question is yes, then keep doing them for free until you have a portfolio of astounding excellence.

You need to believe in your abilities because if someone is asking you to shoot them, they think you are worth it. DO not be afraid to charge. If you don't know what to charge, ask them how much they thought they should pay you. Just ask: How much were you thinking to pay me. You'll be surprised that almost everyone will tell you an answer because they have a number in their head. I'd have to write a book to give you more advice. If you care to ask more specific questions, just ask.

I've had my photography published and worked as a photographer for many years. One good way to make money with photography is do so as part of a full time job you choose, as an in house photographer. Another way to get recognized to hopefully make money is take many photographs, choose the best ones, and get them seen on photo sharing Websites and in contests. The more people recognize good photos you take, the more of a chance you can sell some to stock sites or get hired to photograph.
