How to improve my photography?
So i'm a 15 year old and i've been into photography for more than a year now. I want to go into photography ( possibly ) when i'm older. I use a nikon d3000 w/ kitlens 55-200mm and a 35mm 1.8.
so. How can i improve
Thank you. Also feel free to add me on flickr if you'd like!
Not bad, not bad at all.
Learn as much as you can, and practice as much as you can.
I actually can't think of a way you could improve your photography, I'm a total novice though
Your pictures are brilliant, you've definitely got an eye for photography and use the camera effectively. With regards to the quality of your images i don't think there's any major downfall for you to work on. What you need to do is learn everything you can, both technically and from the viewpoint that you should be finding your favorite artists and looking at their work and then the work of other great photographers. Enjoy your craft and live it, if you want to work as a professional as, say a public portrait studio photographer then you need to produce consistently high quality work technically, if you want to be a photojournalist then you need to find subjects of interest, if you want to be a fine art photographer you need to have something to say about the world.
But all in all I'm very impressed that someone at your age and without a lot of experience can produce work like this, if you keep at it and keep improving I've no doubt that you'll be a successful photographer in the future
You can take classes etc. But I've found that most of the professional photographers I know got where they are by sure passion and will. And practice, practice, and practice…
