Help needed with Nikon D3000 comment box?

When i try and view pics on my d3000 there's a black box over the pic saying

noise reduc:
Act d-light:
retouch

how do i remove this?

Simply press the round scroll dial on the camera back side to side until the view you want appears.

Page 92 of your user manual shows you how to change the display view.

The comment feature on page 128 where you can add a comment that will write to each image files EXIF data. "(c) 2011, Your Name" is what a lot of photographers place in it
