Does this camera come with the lens?

I'm very interested in the Nikon D3200. I don't know if it is great though. I have a 850 dollar budget that could be stretched a tiny bit. I wan't the same type of camera as the D3200, but is it the best one from Nikon under my price range? Also, does the price also include the lens shown on the picture? If so, how much zoom does that lens have?

I love Nikon, and do not want to move to any other brand. Canon has disappointed me many times.

All Nikon D3200 cameras come with a 18-55 mm lens and cost about $700.
The 18-55 mm lens gives the user the ability to shoot landscapes, groups, full body and head and shoulder portraits.
Later, after you have used your camera for a few months, you will know if you want to buy a super wide angle zoom like the 10-24 mm or one that includes the reach of a telephoto lens, like the 55-200 mm or 55-300 mm zooms

You would usually buy the Nikon D3200 with the "kit" lens included in the bundle, it is possible to buy it "body only" if you want, so you have to check at the time of purchase.
I would ask why Canon has disappointed you though, as the difference between the performance is minimal.
