The Nikon version does, but it may not autofocus - you'll have to ask Tokina.

It will not autofocus on your camera. You need the more expensive Tokina AT-X 124 PRO 12-24mm F4 DX II (DX2) version.
In the Tokina model designation, DX = no focus motor, while DX II = focus motor in the lens.
