Does nikon have an exchange deal sort of thing?

I currently have the D5000 and would like to upgrade to the D7000. The camera body is in PRISTINE condition and I was curious if Nikon does an exchange sort of thing where I could give them my camera and apply it for some credit towards my new camera. If you have any info, that'd be awesome!

No they wouldn't do that.
But there's still hope for ya! I do suggest selling it on Craigslist or eBay or something of the sort. You can name your price and if the camera is truly as good as you say it is, people will pay the bucks for it.
If that's not your thing, I hear pawn shops offer precise pricing.
