Does nikon cameras have a thing in them to detect if it has fallen?
I dropped my camera and now the lens won't go back in and won't turn one there isn't any physical damage and the store won't take it back, but i don't wanna send it to nikon if they can tell its been dropped.
Added (1). First off the lens isn't out of alignment it looks normal it just won't go in, and it was on the table and it got knocked over so the strap wouldnt have helped! But thanks anyways for the help!
They will know if it has been dropped or not. They can probably just tell since the lens is out of alignment, and they don't come packaged like that.
Just accept the fact that you will have to either get a new camera, or get it fixed… Whichever is less expensive
No wonder the store won't touch it. Warranty is for factory mistakes not yours.
Next time use a strap.
