Does the Nikon d3100 have near infra red recording support?
and do any other similarly priced cameras have this feature?
i mean out of the box, not modified.
Added (1). And can an unmodified camera then be used with IR LEDs with a filter obviously… For night time shots without disturbing subjects?

No, I don't think any modern DSLR has. It's either mess about with a filter or getting it modified.
