You need to join a proper photgraphers forum if you want meaningful advice on your photos.

flikr is just for kids.

The watermarks completely detract from your picture- and i don't understand why you have them. They look like the usual snapshops to me. I don't like the white vignette effect, and i don't even know what the second picture is of. The first one should have had a lower shutter speed. I can tell you still take your pictures on auto- so learn how to use aperture, ISO, and shutter speed. The first thing i notice about your pictures is the gigantuan watermark.
