Do you choose nikon or canon?

I would like to ask u, do you choose nikon D3100 or canon 450D or 550D?
and why?

Canon and Nikon both make nice cameras.

The best thing to do is go to a camera store (not an electronics store) and hold, look at, and try the different brands and models within your budget. You don't have to buy at that store, but you can get a better feel for the camera when you can walk around with it and actually shoot instead of being tethered to the display stand, PLUS the people working there will be able to answer your questions and help you learn the camera. Most camera store also offer beginner and intermediate camera lessons ( sometimes free if you buy the camera there)

You are the one who will be using it, so get something that feels natural to you with easy to find controls. Both Nikon and Canon are great brands. I went with Canon because of the way it felt in my hands and the layout of the controls. You will miss shots if you are constantly fumbling with the camera.

I've seen pictures taken by both Nikon and Canon and they are wonderful. They're both good companies but I personally prefer Nikon because I've researched their cameras. I have the Nikon D3100 and it's GREAT! So I recommend the D3100.It has tons of features and takes amazing pictures
