Absolutely. I just handled a D3100 and a D5100 in a local Target yesterday. The D3100 is too new to be replaced and should be in stock for the forceable future.

If you're looking for the best prices, shop online and use Amazon, Adorama or B&H. They're old and have plenty of experiences.
