DIY DSLR Shoulder Rig?

I film videos with my friends with a Nikon D3100 DSLR Camera and was wanting to make a cheap shoulder rig for about $20-$30. Any suggestions?

PVC is not ridged enough.

By the time you find and assemble a good aluminum rig, you will be way past your DIY budget

I take it you do not have a good tripod and fluid head?

That's not possible, you do not "film" videos with a digital camera. Film is a completely different media and has nothing to do with video except that the pictures move. If you're going to talk about this stuff please get your terms in order.

I don't think so - not for that money. You're a bit out of your league. You can buy a nice one for oh
$200 or more.
