I love photography, I've been at it for about a year, recently got a nikon d3000, and here's a few photos I've taken with it, I'd really appreciate some opinions and tips!

Critique these 5 photos please

As you can see, they are on flickr, and have plenty of comments, but on flickr people only comment if they like your photos, you know, there's never real critique like ''nice focus but the composition isn't very good'' or ''the colors are lovely, but i don't like how the background is so clear'' so, I need your help!

Added (1). 1st answer: I'm a little confused? I never put any links to cat photos here? What photos were you talking about!

Added (2). 2nd answer: Thanks, that was very helpful! Oh and Jorge mentioned cats, but he edited his answer.

There's nothing really for my eye to focus on, the forward bokeh caused by the dew drops is obfuscating the grass that should be in focus.

Good use of the rule of odds, the color from the settings sun is casting a less pleasant golden light that isn't very complimentary to the colors of the flowers.
You should try that shot again in normally balanced light and with the rule of thirds added in.

Nothing special, just a decent snap of a bird. No real composition and the brown in the back is a little distracting.

Over saturated. The edges of the petals go from pink to a bright purple.

Cute.

EDIT
Who mentioned anything about cats?
