Canon to Nikon adapter?

I recently found a couple of old canon lenses in my grandmas attic, and I was wondering if it is possible to buy a converter so they will fit on my Nikon D60…
There's a Canon FD 35-105mm 1:3.5-4.5, and a 70-210mm 1: 4.0
If anyone can provide any links or additional information, it would be greatly appreciated!

Interesting question. I'd consult either Canon or Nikon.

Understand though that using an adaptor, in most cases, the camera and lens won't be able to
"talk" - no auto focus or aperture.
