Your "English" is completely beyond me. I would give you the benefit of the doubt, but if you actually were a non-English speaking person using a translator, it would NOT have come up with "r" or "tha" or "outdor" etc, let alone with "capchaer".

Therefore, you are someone who SHOULD be capable of speaking/writing in such a way that others can understand you, but you just can't be bothered.
