Camera Price? What the hell? Future Shop?

Hi, I just bought a Nikon D5100 Camera from future shop which cost me $1, 073. Where camera is for $760… And thats okay for me. But i didn't understand the following taxes or charges…

Please somebody would explain me? Why Future Shop charging too much?

If i'm not mistaken PSP is price protection plan and I believe this is optional since Nikon warranties their camera's for 2 years. Bright side is if you're camera ever has any problems within those 4 years they should fix it or replace it with another camera of equal or greater value.
