Best zoom lens for Nikon D3000?

ALB
I'm looking for a zoom lens for my Nikon D3000 camera, i would like a lens for taking cultural shots of locals, as natural as possible so i don't have to go to close! I want natural shots (no posing which comes from asking) if i'm making sense! I was thinking this one- http://www.amazon.co.uk/...B000O161X0
From what i've read thats a really good one!

The 55-200mm lens is a very common second lens to get because it does have more reach, is optically good, and is quite cheap.
so yes, get that one.
