Best settings for outdoor sports for nikon d60 55-200 lens?
What settings should I use for out door sports in sun or clouds with my Nikon D60 with a 55-200 lens?
You can follow the sunny 16 rule in bright sunlight
set aperture to f/16 and let shutter speed = ISO value
or you can just open up the lens and use 1/1000th of a second to basically freeze the players dead in their tracks
there are thousands of ways. What you need to do is figure out what kind of pictures you want and use your trusty light meter
Why don't you understand how to use your camera? The entire point of using a DSLR is to change the settings on scene to get the best photos possible. If you want to set things up ahead of time, buy a point and shoot with sports mode.
