Added (1). Mostly in daylight so lighting is not a problem. I can't extend my budget so which of these three would be the best for sports photography from maybe 100-150 meters away?

Out of those three? I would stick with the Nikon. Both of the 300mm lenses above have had complaints of slow focus. Shooting sports, slow focus will kill you. The Nikon 55-200 isn't blazing fast but should be faster than the other two. You're sacrificing a little reach but a crisp photo cropped is better than a blurry or missed photo everyday. Being that they are all 5.6 on the long end and you're going to be shooting outdoors in sunlight, shutter speed shouldn't be a problem. If it ever is, the VR will give you a stop or two to work with.

Go with the Nikon. The lens you really need is in the thousands of dollars

I would normally not recommend lenses this cheap because the glass is not top of the line optical glass. Cheap lenses usually generate noise and color fringing. So if you can wait get a nice sturdy expensive manly lens. If you can't wait get the Nikon.
