Best Point and Shoot Camera in $100 Range?

$130 MAX but prefer to stay close to $100 or less. Looking for best features, quality, reliability, battery life, HD video etc. Sony, Nikon, Kodak, Samsung, Canon, I don't care. What's the best one out right now?

You do understand there are no good cameras in this price range, correct? You do understand that in the price range we're talking about throw away items. Just like old cell phones, when these cheap cameras are done you simply trash and replace.

If you understand all that know that you'll not find anything of high technical quality for that price. What you'll get at best is a "snappers" camera that will probably last just past its warranty period.

If you know all of that and are still willing to invest in such a cheap piece of junk… Have at it.

You want me to spoon feed you as to the best camera for you! I can't do that, since handling cameras is a very personal thing. The one helpful item I can mention is that you get a camera with at least a 5x "optical" zoom' lens.
The cameras you mention I would delete, Sony, and Kodak.
I would add Fuji Finepix. If you can go another $22 to your maximum of $130 you can get a Fuji FInepix S2950 @ amazon for about $152.00 This will give you a camera with a large LCD screen, and a very long zoom lens is a very compact camera! Never consider a camera with a 3x optical zoom, you will be disappointed in a couple of months!
