Are all Nikon lens F mounts? Like what mount is on the d60?

Nikon SLR and DSLR cameras use F-mount. This mount goes back 50 years. Thus, the D60 uses an F-mount. However, the D60 requires an AF-S or AF-I type lens if you want to autofocus. Nikon has an alphabet soup of designations to cover the various lens features. The following article explains all the designations.
You can use older lenses on your D60, but you may need to shoot in manual mode.
