A quartz wide angle lens?

theredweek
I just bought a Konica FT-1 50mm at a garage sale, with a standard lens and then with a Quartz Super Wide Angle lens, .42x.
The only thing is that the quartz lens is missing the mount to switch into the Konica. Is that easily purchased, and how much is it? Can it work with a Konica? I also have a Nikon D90, would it work with that as well?

The "Quartz Super Wide Angle lens, .42x" doesn't mound on the camera. It is an auxilery lens. It screws in front of your lens. It mounds like a filter.
