Do you know any really good cameras?
I was looking at DSLR Cameras…
Like Canon, Nikon, Sony
But they're really expensive…
I'm only allowed to spend at the most $250.

No. There are no Good DSLR's below $250.
Go with a digital camera.
Go with Canon, Nikon, or Sony.
Preferably Canon.
This is a really good camera, and has quality almost as good as a DSLR.
It has a lot of MP (14), lot of zoom (14x), and is very compact (Less than 1 inch)

The only way you will find a quality dslr for 250 is to scrounge around on ebay or craigslist… I had the nikon d40 which is a good camera that isn't terribly expensive. If you have the option, hold off on buying one now, save up a little more cash and pick up a new canon t3i or nikon d90. They are pricier but have hd video recording capabilities and impressive specs on the still picture side as well.
