Can't decide between these cameras?

Will i can't decide between the canon sx230 hs Nikon s9100 fujifilm f550exr which one is the best of them and get great quality and very good colored image and also i need to know about the video plus please could you share some good cameras not DSLR cuz of the budget and is the gps thing really useful i need something with high optical zoom from 14x to 18 at leaset and which one is better the ccd or bsi cmos sensor which one is good for video also i need something with a great flash and stability thing.
