How to set up high speed sync on my nikon d3300?

I have a nikon d3300 and a sb700 speed light but I don't know how to setup the high speed sync. I max out at 1/200 of a second.

The D3300 doesn't support high-speed sync. You need to move up to the D7xxx and full frame models for high-speed sync support.

Yes, that's the maximum shutter speed you can use with flash on your camera. No going any faster anymore.

Sorry, entry-level camera models don't support high speed sync. All of them max out at 1/200.

I have a D90. It has this feature. I found it disappointing. The flash output in this mode is weaker than in normal x-sync mode.
