Camera to get for good quality YouTube videos?

So I know Christmas is a long time from now but I do want to get a camera for Christmas. I like to make YouTube videos and they're about beauty. I know they are way too many on YouTube but I love doing it. It's very fun to me. I also may do OOTD & detailed up close tutorials. I honestly just want a camera that provides professional quality and also focuses. The camera I have now doesn't and it really sucks because I want to show products or do tutorials and I can't because it just comes up in a blur. I was looking at this Nikon. I can't remember what the exact name of it was but the quality looked amazing and it was less than $250 at Office Depot or something like that.
Another camera I was looking at was the Canon T3I. It's more expensive but a lot of youtubers use it.

List some cameras below that I should think about purchasing.

I would get a Canon t2i or t3i - both are excellent for video. You're going to need other things like
lights, tripod, a camera operator, those sorts of things.

The above total will be about $1, 000, that is if you want quality video.

You need to learn how to use the camera you have. Unless it is broken, you should get clear videos from it. Try something simple in bright light, like outside in the day and holding it steady. If that works, then use more light inside for your tutorials. If it doesn't work, then the camera is broken. Can you replace it under warranty?

The Nikon Coolpix S8100 goes for $250 and has very good video performance.
